That is one weird blog. I’m pretty sure your average North Korean doesn’t have internet access, so if it’s legit, it has to be propaganda.
NK propaganda is so fucking crazy that it’s hard to tell if they’re mocking it or if it’s sincere.

That blog is so bizarre as to almost seem like pure self-parody. A picture of an Asian person afflicted with what looks like a body full of boils is a “victim of capitalism in America?” An image of a city with photoshopped-in smoke is evidence of Isreali treachery? An image appearing to be from a civil war reenactment is evidence of racist slave trading “Amerikkka?” All the while heaping praise after praise on the falwless brilliance of his Dear Leader? I can’t decide whether it’s worth a hearty laugh or a WTF.

Amusing - I was browsing the kcckp.net pages and discovered that kimchi helps prevent SARS and Bird Flu - Korean Kimchi. 
Seems that if this were real, they wouldn’t have comments enabled or would have them moderated. There are some pretty insulting things said about Kim Jong II in the comments that I can’t imagine a real NK propaganda blog would even allow.
