This seems like an especially disingenuous statement to me. No religious programs are forbidden to hire people of any particular faith, but that’s what they make it sound like.

I have a feeling this will get stripped in the Senate. If not, I doubt that it would survive a judicial review. I don’t see how they can get away with this while they’re using federal funds.
