Is this shirt see through or is it the color?

Time to do some clothes shopping for the Summer and I hate shopping in stores, so I do a lot of shopping online (plus the selection online is bigger). I like the shirt in the link below, but if what I’m seeing is the skin through the shirt and not shirt color, I don’t want it as I’m pretty white with a lot of dark hair and I doubt that would look very good.

I am going to say it is see through. The skin-like color is really only showing on the part of the shirt that is pulled taught against his body, so I would assume it is actually his skin you are seeing.

It also comes in a women’s version through which you can clearly see the model’s bra and the pattern of her pants supporting the idea that the men’s version is also see through.

Nice find, Baracus. Actually, it looks flesh colored where it shouldn’t be if she were wearing a bra (assuming she’s not wearing a flesh colored bra).

Burnout generally means that there will be mesh portions of the clothing that you can see through. I once tried on a burnout shirt that made me look like I had some kind of horrible skin disease. It’s been trendy for a while, but I try to avoid it.

Thanks, SpoilerVirgin.

Well, yes, my wife taught me that one wears flesh toned bras and panties when one is concerned about them showing through. You can see the edge of the bra as a distinct line right below the point of the “V” if you zoom in.

It looks see-through. What confirms it for me is the word “eroded” in the description.

In the first link, you can make out the guy`s one nipple in the enlargement window.

It’s nice to know that fashion industry is hiring the physically disabled.

I just wanted to say - $40 for a t-shirt? Wow, must be some t-shirt.

It’s not just $40 for a t-shirt. It’s $40 for a t-shirt that looks like it’s ready for the rag bag.

$40 dollars! :dubious: Hell, that thing wouldn’t even make a decent rag!

Describes my current wardrobe. :frowning:

Bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha… (And I bet you didn’t pay $40 for a t-shirt that looks like that one, did you? :p)

$47, plus shipping! For a T shirt?

I don’t like shopping either, but damn, that’s a pretty good incentive right there!

I can’t say a bag of sandwiches would hurt that model any.

Healthy people come in many shapes and sizes. Also, that photo is majorly photoshopped (looks to me like the arms have been trimmed and the neck extended, but I’m no expert).
