Is this WWII memorial in Volgograd?

I was reading some newspaper article many years ago (15 or so), about Volgograd, and it mentioned a sort of memorial.

It’s been a long time, but I seem to recall it was like a section of fencing or something, with some plaque or something saying to the effect, “This is how far the Germans invaded.”

Anyone ever been to Volgograd or familiar enough to identify such a memorial from that vague description?

The Memorial to the Battle of Stalingrad (renamed Volgograd).

This HUGE memorial is on the Mamayev Hill, where the majority of the fighting was centered, although it’s said the the fighting was mostly street by street, house by house.
