Does anybody know anything about Tom Brown, Jr. , the famous tracker and survivalist? I just got done reading his book The Tracker, and I found it VERY hard to believe the stories he told. They sounded totally bogus to me. Then I looked at the reviews on the book at Amazon.com, and out of 34 people only two found it unbelievable. Most people said it was the best book they ever read! I know he runs a survival school in New Jersey and I assume he does know a lot about survival and tracking and so on, but I just think his book is BS! Does anyone know the Straight Dope on this?
