Absolutely. It’s easy for me to see he shouldn’t be president. I still don’t like seeing a doctor speculate a diagnosis without ever meeting him. No doubt there are others that have diagnosed Biden the same way.
In my book he is not coherent, competent or cognizant. He is shopping for reactions, and if making sense doesn’t immediately give him the reactions he desires he will drop any effort to make sense in a heartbeat.

While it is possible that any doctor who opines on this subject could just be a partisan hack who is talking shit in order to get their name into the news cycle, dementia has aspects that are known to the public. Donald Trump is exhibiting these signs. So while a random diagnosis can’t be counted on, what else should we call this word salad from Trump? Abstract it from him as a politician. Just imagine any person of his age acting and talking the same way. Is it normal? Will it fix itself over time? Will everything be okay in a few months? If you had a briefcase full of goddamn nuclear codes would you trust this person with it?

People are talking like the SCOTUS finding Trump ineligible for the ballot is a real possibility. To me the possibility that his physical and mental decline makes it literally impossible for him to finish his run for president is much much greater.
More important is a photo I saw but cannot find now. It was simply a portrait of Biden with 81 years under it, and Trump with 91 indictments.
Both are unlikely.
It is impossible to diagnose senility based on publicly available information.
If there are “debates” 'this fall and if DJT comes off like Grandpa Simpson, he’s toast.
There will be no debates.
Now that candidates know about the importance of male shaving, and makeup, nobody turns into toast due to a debate performance. By the time of the debate or debates, the truly undecideds will be even fewer than today, and those already decided only see, in the respective debate performances, confirmation of their preexisting views.
I thought that the best refutation of what I just wrote might be Admiral Stockdale’s supposedly worst ever “Who am I? Why am I here?” debate performance. But I just checked, and, that part at least, sounds to me good enough for the purpose:
There was at least one debate in 2016 and 2020, despite DJT’s attempts to change the rules. It seems to me the dynamics haven’t changed, so my working assumption is – after the drama, at least one debate.
Perhaps a pro-Biden poster here will think that Trump is unwilling to show the public how much mental acuity he has lost in the last four years. But this would require him to think he has slowed down worse than Biden has slowed down. This is a rare area where Biden and Trump are similar. Neither would admit that to himself, nor would they risk the appearance of cowardice.
If I am wrong, it will because of one candidate sitting on a substantial lead. But the country seems too evenly divided for that.
Trump and Biden will clearly not debate.
Trump destroyed the whole concept, and as long as Trump is involved, there are no debates.
If he has their souls by the balls they will applaud, especially if their enemies hate what he says.
