Okay, he didn’t get his wife’s name wrong. But he is a poor communicator. It wasn’t at all clear what he was talking about. Still a gaffe, IMHO.

Raw Story is useful as a news aggregate (and to summarize tweets and videos) but the site is very heavy of propaganda tactics.
Yeah, I know-- RS aggregates news from more reputable sources and slaps sensational headlines on their stories. But I like to visit whenever I need some trump schadenfreude. I was just struck by the sheer volume of stories they featured this morning breathlessly proclaiming trump’s mental decline. Hopefully more of this starts to show up in more mainstream news sources, similar to the way constant right wing reporting of Biden’s so-called mental decline seems to have permeated mainstream news coverage. I mean, RS is not wrong on this-- there’s a much stronger case to be made for trump’s mental decline than Biden’s.
It’s like a left wing Drudge Report.
Even though I align with them politically (or maybe especially because I do and am tempted toward credulity), I take their stories with a grain of salt.

Thing is, I don’t think he is confused. I think he is acting in his self-interest.
I don’t think anyone is suggesting that is a product of his senility. I wouldn’t rule out the possibility its the product of him just receiving almost 100M bucks from persons unknown so he can hold off E Jean Carroll from seizing his stuff for a while. Though to be honest of all the possible actors the potential future POTUS is in hoc to, a tech company with close ties to the autocratic Chinese Regime is possibly the best case IMO.
