Is/was there a site of Doper-submitted written works?

I might be thinking about another (but obviously less awesome) web site, but I though I remembered a monthly issued compilation of Doper written fiction, non-fiction, poetry etc.

Is it sitting around somewhere obvious, did it exist but is now gone, or do I still need more coffee? :confused:

(If there isn’t one and it sounds like a cool idea, I thought of it first).
