OK, I seem to vary between 5 and 6 inches, depending on my state of arousal and whether I measure along the top or bottom. So I’m gonna say that I’m pretty much right on average :).

About 6.5" depending on how interested Mr Happy actually is. Girth-wise, I have been known to struggle a little with condoms.
I’m prepared to concede that being told “God you’re big!” or “Oh, you’re huge!” was just instances of good bedroom manners. 
Oh, I don’t know. I’m fairly average myself lengthwise (about 5 3/4"), and my member doesn’t appear visually to be unusually narrow, but I find normal-sized condoms far too big. And I understand from my female friends that girth is a far more important parameter in this area.
I once dated a guy who told me he was on the verge of needing a prosthetic BEFORE we ever got to that plateau.
