It would obviously be a waste of time and energy to go after something that doesn’t exist, but there are certain things that do exist, and should it ever be necessary, then the West could always go after viable targets of importance that do exist, such as that black stone and the square building that houses it in Saudi Arabia, just as an example.

Why would Obama be advertising that he is currently sending less than 50 special forces troops to Kurdish controlled areas of Syria, thus putting an extra target on these US soldier’s heads, and telling the enemy exactly what the US is doing? Instead of holding a press conference, why shouldn’t Obama just invite representatives of ISIS to the Whitehouse and he could simply brief them personally?

He’s predicting a clash of civilizations, in his first post at least, that will lead to total war. He doesn’t indicate, directly at least, that he wants total war to eliminate Islam and Muslims. Furthermore, it’s the latter that would be genocide. His later posts are more strongly worded, but his first is a prediction.

If I could choose, then I of course would choose for world peace, but I do not see that as a very realistic option.

If various elements of Islam are going to keep on attacking the west and if various elements of Islam are going to keep on provoking the west, then I am merely predicting what I believe to be a natural and likely outcome. The west will obviously not be putting up with this stuff for decades to come.

I cannot believe the poor reading comprehension in this thread. These are 4th grade sentences… Even my elementary aged children can distinguish the following test sentences.

1). Let’s set off a bomb in a stadium and kill 20 or more people.
2). If a bomb was detonated in a stadium 20 or more people will die.
