Isolated vs. scattered thunderstorms

The Weather channel website indicates in the local hourly forecast “isolated t-storms” early this evening, and “scattered t-storms” later in the night. What’s the difference between the two terms? Obviously not merely one of convention since they both appear in the same forecast.

I love the Internet. Google, “definition scattered isolated thunderstorms”.
