I don’t know about nuclear options, but we do have an invasion plan for Canada gathering dust somewhere. Of course it’s over 75 years old.
I think most countries have plans to invade everyone else.

Well, technically yes, but Canada was still considered a British colony at that point (our official confederation of provinces came about in 1867) so we were on their side of the war.
