Who did the version of Istanbul (Not Constantinople) they played at the end of the episode of The Simpsons episode ‘Mobile Homer’? Was that the TMBG version?

According to the episode guide on Wikipedia it was TMBG. That’s by far the most common recording of that song and really better than the original imo.

I’ve been listening to this song obsessively lately, driving my husband nuts. Ever since I heard it, incidentally, at the end of the Simpsons a few months ago, and I rushed off to iTunes to grab it, since it had been years…
That it is all. Oh, and the title of this thread threw me, as I am playing Everquest II, and the guild description under one of my characters says (and has said for some months), simply “Istanbul (Not Constantinople)”, just to get a rise out of my husband and a laugh out of my guildmates, so it was a little jarring to minimise EQ for a moment, come to the Dope, and see this at the top of the page. Neat. Irrelevent, inconsequential, pointless. But kind of neat.
And nobody’s business but the Turks.
I would LOVE to find a copy of the Tiny Toon Adventures “music video” of Istanbul (Not Constantinople.) And Triangle Man, too.
Tiny Toons was my first exposure to TMBG, and Fox Kids also introduced me to Barenaked Ladies.
