Jimmy Page, The Edge and Jack White spending a couple of days together talking guitars and music. Sounds like a great premise for a fascinating film. Anyone seen it? Does it work?

And supplementary question for bonus points, is Jack White the odd man out here? I note he was also in the Stones’ film Shine a Light. I must have missed the memo that anointed him next big thing.

Tracking it - I think it is out in NY and LA first but I doubt I will get into the city to catch it. Wait 'til DVD.

And yeah, lots of discussion about Jack White, but he knows what he’s doing and many well-known and respected players enjoy him - no surprise he is representing the current crop of guitar heroes…
