Anyone out there know some good, passionate italian love songs? I’m looking for mood-writing music, and my subject happens to be, well, Italian, and, well, a passionate lover. Anyone have any suggestions?

Is opera OK? Then you couldn’t go wrong with Puccini:
–“Che gelida manina,” from La Boheme
–“Bimba dagli occhi pieni di malia” from Madama Butterfly
–“E lucevan le stelle” from Tosca
The first two are love duets. I personally like the Tosca aria the best (very sad but very beautiful).
