The wife was asking about what type of fish she might have had at an Outback restaurant in the 1990s. She described it as “salt fish”, some type of fish steak encrusted with salt. Doesn’t ring a bell with me at all. Definitely not salmon, as she gets that frequently when we go out. The only thing I can think of is swordfish but I don’t recall it being offered at Outback.
