It's A Bear Story - An I can't think of a Witty Title This Late MMP

Again, you flirt with death.

If she’s hot, heck yeah!

Great story, kai!

I’m heading to bed soon. Interview tomorrow where a friend works. I hope it goes well.

Meeting with the local pols and wannabes over, summer nightcap in hand and pretty soon, beddy bye. Night all.

Have not read but will.

New irker started today and even though she is a little long in the tooth she is very sweet, retired school teacher and drama free. I like her.

Irked all damn day. Got most of my 1st of the month stuff done.

Got home to a hubby that was in a bearish Ha mood. Bastid. Nothing wrong just “worn out”. You think? Your old ass never stops. Sometimes I wish I were single. Is it time for him to go away again? Just leave me alone asshole.

I is sleepy. We are expecting rain most of the week. Bring it on. I loves me some rain.

Nighty night.

I think you should post the opening in the Help Wanted section & report back to us on who applies for the position of Swampy Ass istant. :dubious:

::grumble, grumble, grumble:: Damn laundry vandals broke in again!
*Sixth *load of the day has just finished warshin’ (though that includes sheets, & the heavy blankets which are finally put away for the season.)

I hope no one ever feels that way about me.
Damn.

ALL. Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and caldron bubble.
2 WITCH. Fillet of a fenny snake,
In the caldron boil and bake;
Eye of newt, and toe of frog,
Wool of bat, and tongue of dog,
Adder’s fork, and blind-worm’s sting,
Lizard’s leg, and owlet’s wing,—
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.

I could have sworn that it was “Grumble, grumble, toil and trouble!”

Some scholar of the Bard I am.
:rolleyes:

some are just laid back.

Up, caffeinated, off to work. Booster Club meeting afterwards.

Flytrap, that what it would be if Bill wrote the part for you. :stuck_out_tongue:

{{{{Butters}}}}

Blurf.

How you doin’?

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. YAWN 'Tis 70 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 88 for the day. I still want some rain.

flytrap a little warm out for makin’ soup ain’t it? :stuck_out_tongue:

StickyBuns appropriate/inappropriate appendages crossed re the job interview.

spidey funny how you are the first person to come to mind when I see or hear the word ass-ist. :stuck_out_tongue:

doggio stay off’n muh lawn!

Ok, I need more caffiene and to feed rumbly tummy. Then, alas, irk purtification must commence. Sigh.

Happy Tuesday Y’all!

Morning all,

I is at irk 30 minutes early cause I just didnt have any good reason to hang around the house any longer. We got some dudes coming over to give us an estimate on a new roof this evening. I swears, this house is only 18 years old and it feels like it is falling apart around us.

We slept in till 7!!! Despite my weird dreams, I feel pretty well rested.

I think I managed to clean my arms fast enough to avoid poison ivy, but I forgot about my legs - looks like I got a bit just above the left ankle, dammit! I hate poison ivy!!! :mad:

**FCD **has a dentist appointment at 11, so we’ll be cleaning up the mess from the camper work he’s been doing - the garage is a disaster area!! He’s also got to finish putting his bike back together, having installed a wire harness so’s he can tow the camper. I may pull a weed or two today, avoiding the damned poison, I hope. And it’s going to be hot, so the house will have to be closed later on. :frowning:

Why does it suddenly feel like Monday again?? Happy Tuesday, anyway.

Happy Tuesday!

It looks like it’s going to be hot today. I have my window open for a bit but I’ll have to close it soon enough.

I see my mother got her new car yesterday, it’s parked in the driveway. I think it’s a Buick Encore but I’ll confirm that when she gets up. It looks cute.

Good luck Sticky
Sorry {{{Butters}}}
Be glad you didn’t burn the poison ivy** FCM**. A friends mother burned yard waste one time, not realizing there was poison ivy in with it. It’s a miserable thing to deal with.

I need to get up and get moving.

Today is pizza day and laundry day, and make the offer on the house day.

Anyone passing Cook Forest this weekend, its the big French and Indian War Weekend. Stop and say hi and trade off your less-than-loved ones to the Natives.

At last - my employer’s web filtering allows me back here!

:: happy dance ::

So, I’m supposed to go to this reunion/picnic on Saturday. At first I was looking forward to seeing old friends. Now I’m starting to dread the questions from my generation, the false sympathy from the next one, and stares and giggles from the youngest one.

**kopek **- this weekend in Leonardtown is Raiders and Invaders- all part of the War of 1812 anniversary stuff. I’m hoping to go down for some of it, altho it may be crowded. We shall see.

The garage is clean, pending messing up by the next phase of work. But at least we’ll be starting with a clean slate. The windows are still open, but not for much longer - it’s pretty bad when I feel sweaty in the house. The mugginess is definitely here. I think I’ll wash the windows while they’re still open, then when I’m done, it should be time to close everything up. Good times! :smiley:
