I have never heard of the Alabama variety. A regular ol’ dick dance can best be described when compared to a clusterfuck. A clusterfuck occurs when the situation is all fucked up because everyone is running around in a disorganized fashion (or the orders were unclear). During a dick dance things are fucked up because everyone is doing nothing. Basically the same as “Stop standing around playing with yourself and do your fucking job!”
