I’m on a committee to put together an off-site meeting for my division.
We’re not necessarily limited to any part of the United States; but we don’t have an unlimited budget.
- 27± people attending.
- We have a $xx,xxx budget that needs to cover everything, including transportation and teambuilding activities.
- Prefer Late Aug/Early Sept
- 3 room nights for the 26-28 people
- 2.5 days of meetings; need conference room type facilities
- Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner (dinner can be provided by hotel or we can go out) – Sample menus and cost of full day vs. half day
- Best possible guestroom rate; comp meeting space; audio visual rates
Late August or September - Recommendations/costs for team building activities
As an example; In the past we’ve gone to a place in Georgia called Montara Farm which was nice because it included the team building activities as part of the package plus a lot of our team are in the Georgia area; although we’re spread out across the USA.
So… Have any of you guys done something like this? Do you have any recommendations of places I can contact?
