It's going around. Well, how does that information generally travel? (health related)

Michaela appears to have developed symptoms of stomach flu today: slight fever, vomiting, no appetite, low energy. And she slept poorly on Friday night.

I suspect a bug is “going around.” But I haven’t spoken with anyone in my neighborhood who reports anything similar with their kids. It occurred to me to wonder: how does the word get passed around? Is there a website wubbleyouwubbleyouwubbleyou.theres_a_lot_of_that_going_around.org that I can check, or do I just need to cozy up to some school nurses and see what they’re talking to each other about?

'Cept I don’t know any school nurses, not socially, and school won’t be in session again until Tuesday.
