The test is back! I’ve got Lyme Disease.
Never saw a tick or a bite or anything. What’s worse is that I had to go to the Doctor three times before they figured it out. On the first visit, I told them I’m outdoors a lot and they did a blood test, but no Lyme test. Then I went back with spots and body aches and my Doctor thought I was allergic to acetaminophen :dubious: . The last doctor listened for about two minutes and then said, “You have Lyme disease.” She didn’t wait for the test. She seemed to think it was obvious and, after I read the brochure and saw the pictures of the kind of spots one gets, I thought it was obvious too. I can see how it would be hard to diagnose if the patient isn’t exhibiting all the symptoms, but I had ALL OF THEM! Togather! :smack:
Oh well, I’m on the meds and on the mend. Hopefully I’ll have a full recovery. Anyone else had this?
