Hey, nothing wrong with a vodka tonic. I fly for work a lot, that’s my “airplane drink”. I prefer gin at home, for some reason.
Hmm…one beer left in the fridge. Do I join in and risk labelling myself a lonely introspective alcoholic or do I resist the urge and pretend I’m being stoic?
I’ll have a smoke while I think about it.
well, I’m drinking too, alone, is that bad? I have a joint sitting here, and I haven’t smoked in years, and I’m debating should I try it, or just stick with my beer.
As for profound thoughts, I haven’t reached there yet, but I’m sure I will very soon, although, I’m sure they’ll only be profound for me. :o

I have just finished the last of my delicious Fat Tire Amber Ales. There’s a fully-stocked bar downstairs, but I think I’ll just read a bit and call it a night.
You’re still buzzed though, right? It’s all okay until the buzz wears off… 
Okay, I’m back from my brother-in-law’s house.
Sorry to admit that I bummed a couple of smokes off of him. I’m still sort of proud that I only smoked two butts today instead of the usual thirty-something. (It’s all Ogre’s fault!)
In the spirit of this thread, I continued my research into the topic at hand. I have concluded that artificial turf is a bad thing and that all football games should be played outdoors on natural grass.
I was drinking last night, a nice bottle of Lindeman’s Chardonnay. Does that count? Except I couldn’t post to this thread, since I was watching Monty Python’s Meaning of Life
