If there were two separate events that were each fun on their own & one was able to combine those two events into one it would be fun [sup]squared[/sup]!
The first is late next month in central PA - The Great Pumpkin Fly In
Notice the first item listed in Activites
– Aerial Pumpkin Bombing Contest

The second is the ass-end of DE the first weekend after Halloween; the World Championship of Punkin Chunkin
Instead of just a bullseye at one event & a tape measure scoring at the other, what if we combined these two events? What if we made the various trebuchets, catapults, & air cannons be the targets of the pumpkins reigning down from the skies from the Sopwith Camel of the most famous WWI flying ace - Snoopy while the guys on the ground are allowed to defend themselves with SAP (Surface to Air Pumpkins) launched from trebuchets, catapults, &/or air cannon.
What could possibly go wrong?

That is the same date as Night of the Singing Dead so I’m taking a pass. With Prince and everyone else who joined the show this past year ----- it should be really good.
