ITunes and Windows Media Center : Contrast and Compare

I’ve been using Windows Media Center lately to listen to and organize my music. I don’t use it for much else; I really don’t have any need for the video/radio/television aspects of it. I’m thinking of possibly switching to ITunes, but I hear bad things about that as well. Which is better, IYHO, easier to use? More features? Bloatware?

If I wanted to manage my music library on a PC, with no need for the WMC features, I would probably still be using Winamp. As far as I know, they still have the most awesome visualization available (Milkdrop).
When I was using Winamp a few years back, it was far better than other tools.

I dislike iTunes, but I use it because I’m on a Mac and it’s just easier to go with the flow.

I don’t know if the WMC you refer to is the same one I use for watching TV; if it is, then it’s not the same kind of app as iTunes. The Apple comparable product would be Front Row. The WMC I use is a 10-foot UI for watching and recording TV and other stuff. iTunes doesn’t do that.
