halfway up the wall in my living room. Has anyone got any suggestions where it might be going? Are these creatures totally mindless, or something? I’ll be honest with you, I really don’t see the point of snails or slugs, but I’m wondering if I could bag them, and sell them to the French?
The point of snails and slugs are to make me happy.

Also, I’m pretty sure that they are completely mindless. I mean, they’re snails, and snails aren’t a species really known for their staggering intelligence.
Probably trying to figure out where all the grass and nice wet soil went. Do it a favor and put it outside.
Unfortunately for you, the snails eaten by those of us with sufficiently refined palates are from a few specific species and are mostly domesticated or at least fed on a controlled diet for a while prior to their conversion to appetizers. Wild snails tend to taste like ick.
