I don’t see this at all. I think she seems like a horribly shallow and self-centered person who will do anything to get what she wants. I also think her music sucks and she has no natural beauty at all. Have any of you seen her without makeup or remember what she looked like as a fly-girl? Hideous. I feel sorry for Affleck, she’s gonna break that poor guy’s heart. Having said all that though, I wouldn’t wish a disfiguiring car accident on anyone.
I’m going to misquote Tina Fey here. On the Weekend Update not too long ago, she said something like, "J. Lo recently bought a $50,000 car to match a pair of sunglasses she’d bought. What this means in the long run is that we are in for one hilarious ‘Behind the Music.’ "
On the one hand you have to feel sorry for Chris Judd. It’s got to hurt to see on the cover of the National Enquirer that your wife is involved in a scandalous love triangle and you’re not even part of it. But once he got through the pain, Judd emerged from the divorce with five things:
1 - Wisdom
2 - Experience
3 - Twenty million dollars
4 - Jaime Pressley
5 - The priceless gift of no longer being married to Jennifer Lopez
Moving on, let us picture the scene at the substance abuse clinic where Ben Affleck spend last summer:
“Mr Affleck, we’ve purged your body of the alcohol, but now we want to discuss your mental state. As you may have heard, it’s common for many people with a drinking problem to hit rock bottom before they seek treatment. And that’s what we feel happened with you.”
“Doc, the last few months are all a blur. What did I do? Hurt my family and friends? Destroy my career? Break the law?”
“No, Ben, I’m afraid when you hit rock bottom, it was worse than that.”
“Dear God, I didn’t kill someone did I?”
“No, Ben, you didn’t hurt anyone else, but I’m afraid there’s no easy way to say this. Ben, you’re dating Jennifer Lopez.”
“NOOOOOOOOO!!!”
I agree with Cisco.
Re the P.Diddy/B.Affleck feud, in response to some disparaging remark of the Didster’s, Affleck was quoted in the Sun as saying “He should stick to what he’s good at. What is that, by the way?”
I hate when people lose their dignity over other people. Barbra Streisand lost hers when she gushed about Andre Agassi: “He’s mature beyond his linear years. He plays like a Zen master.”
Oh dear.
I likewise cringed when Affleck took out a full-page ad in some newspaper gushing about how lovely and gracious Jennifer Lopez was, just weeks after she married another guy.
He’s whooped on her, no doubt. She’s now sporting a big diamond on her ring finger and they are caught making out and squeezing each other’s asses in public all the time. I don’t think it’s newsworthy, I don’t think it’s romantic. I think it’s embarrassing.
And if I were Ben’s mother, or friend, I’d be worried, too. Lopez’s track record sucks.
