IIRC, Jack Cafferty used to anchor the local NY broadcast when I was a kid. Channel 9 or 11 I think. I don’t remember him being funny then, but of course, I was a kid and he was just a guy my parents watched on TV. Am I making this memory up or does anyone else recall this too?
