Trevor Goddard was from the U.K. and faked his biography to get roles which goes a long way to explaining why the Mick Brumby character in JAG always set my teeth on edge.
Does anyone know of other cases of nationality tweaking for Hollywood?
He played a pirate in the current hit Pirates of the Caribbean. Not a large part though–blink and you’ll miss him. It’s a shame he died, I thought he had quite a future ahead of him.

Did anyone catch the last few minutes of the season premiere of JAG? They had a short tribute to Trevor Goddard. Very touching. May he rest in peace.
