Who better to go to than a stage magician?
He also performed in the show as well.
You’ll want to find a copy of “Billion Dollar Baby” by Bob Greene. It chronicles Bob’s (he’s a write for a Chicago paper) travels with the band during a tour, and talks about The Amazing Randi at length.
After typing that I did a quick search–the cheapest I could find was $75 for a paperback! I’ll have to find my copy and sell it!!!
Also, if you actually want to see his ‘performance’ with the band, make sure to rent Good to See You Again, Alice Cooper from their 1973 tour.
And I second NoCoolUserName’s suggestion if you can find one cheap.
He spoke about it on his podcast almost exactly 1 year ago. http://itricks.com/randishow/?m=200712
There was a clip on YouTube, but it’s been taken down.
