I’m older than MeanOldLady  now I really feel old and mean!
I thought it was banned in the Pit.
I recently learned an awesome new word. Well, acronym.
FUPA.
Stands for Fat Upper Pussy Area. The guy who told me this claimed “all guys know what FUPA means” but I’d never heard it before. :dubious:
Maybe I should start a poll here?
It can be both. Underage drinking is, of course, the consumption of alcohol by someone under the legal age to consume said substance, while driving under the influence of alcohol is the operation of a vehicle by someone who has more alcohol in their system than the law permits.
Jesus I just sprayed diet coke out mc my nose. In public. In a food fair. Thanks slot you dick!
I’ve got to thank all of you for this highly entertaining pitting. It’s provided no end of amusement.
You got to love it. One 'Pit thread and our friend goes off like the Energizer bunny but still in no way substantiates any rational basis for his behavior.
This just keeps getting better and better.

I touched a nerve or two did I, gimp-boy?
I knew I had your number. I thought you’d finished “defending” yourself in this thread two pages back? I guess not. Now I see you’ve started another whiney little thread, you cute little muscle-bound rolling-nowhere attention whore, you.
He doesn’t know when to quit does he?
I’m laughing so hard I mis-read your handle as “Living WHEEL Is the Best Revenge”.
Bri2k
I actually said “Oh fuck!” aloud when I read this! :D:D:D
Make sure you use a clamp when you’re doing that.
Yes, some states have a “per se”-type law. It might be structured to say that if you are under 21 than any amount of alcohol found in your blood stream will automatically make it both a DUI and underage drinking. They don’t have to show that you are actually impaired through any other method, and the 0.08 threshold is not applicable.
I quoted that law in one of these threads. In Michigan, anything about .02 and below .08 while under 21 gets you an automatic OWI. The only exception being if it was for a religious ceremony.
In Michigan, anyone under age 21 with a BAC over 0.02 is in violation of the law.
That said, I don’t think jamie’s alcohol consumption has any bearing on his current status or whether the surgeon made a bad call or not. Seems to me this BAC thing some of you keep wittering on about is a pointless tangent.
I think he would be a jerk either way, sober or buzzed. But to be fair to the kid, he’s not made any excuses for being mildly buzzed when he crashed. That doesn’t have anything to do with medical decisions,r ight or wrong, that his surgeon made. It’s irrelevant.
I like poking sick kittens with pointy sticks, what can I say.
Maybe you don’t have to get violent. You know those boots that they clamp on the wheel of cars that have too many parking tickets? Just pop one of those on the chair and walk away.
I believe the official medical term for that region is ‘foopa’.
well, I have heard of this acronym before, but I understood it to mean ‘fat upper pubic area’.
I can only assume that this means I run in classier circles than you.
Seriously? I hope you’re joking, that’s a pretty common saying… I think wheel him off would have been a little more disrespectful… Since Jamie obviously doesn’t want any special treatment… oh… wait…
Edit: sorry jokey smurf, didn’t read down far enough…
Just a quick note (note to revive the DIC discussion) but a quote from NZ
** Under twenty **
The legal alcohol limit, if you are under 20, is 150 micrograms per litre of breath or 30 milligrams per 100 millilitres of blood. This is effectively a zero limit - consuming just one drink will mean you can be charged with drink-driving.
There are basically two reasons for this
- At 20 you are disproportionally affected by alcohol
- At that age your driving skills are still under development.
So to say a .06 didn’t have an affect on Jamie I think is a bit of a premature judgement.
