Is suborning perjury still a thing?
I expect not a single person will be convicted, let alone indicted after this report, even after referral to DOJ.
This report was written for the history books, to lay out exactly who was/is responsible for the destruction of the country.
But socks with sandals are so not done. Otherwise, I hope he gets what he wants.
But fluffy socks are nice for wearing around the house on those cold nights in the desert.

Amazon is now selling a [Printed version ](The January 6 Report https://a.co/d/burSMr9) on December 24th. It’s published by Harper and comes in at one pound and 560 pages. It’ll be too late for a Christmas present, but I know someone who has a birthday in January.
I thought it was in June? 
(That would be an epic prank, if a few hundred thousand copies of the report showed up at Mar-a Lago for his birthday.)

The Post office needs a return address for parcels. And if it is not yours, that is mail fraud.
If you order something from Amazon, the return address is Amazon’s, not yours. I know this because I send gifts through Amazon all the time. The only way anyone knows who sent it is if I remember to add gift card instructions.
It works that way for a lot of online vendors.
Just an FYI.
I don’t believe that either of those statements are true. At least not in all cases.
I’d be surprised if you couldn’t find a way to mail that report, entirely legally, without your return address.

I’ve been seeing Mr. Raskin on a lot of the shows talking about the hearings. Why him, in particular? Did he volunteer or is he just more comfortable in front of the camera than, say, Bennie Thompson?
He comes across to me like a real badass of a lawyer. That’s my guess.
Jamie is certainly not shy in front of a camera but he’s usually advocating for something good for the country when he speaks publicly.
Raskin was a constitutional law professor for more than 25 years, so he probably knows his onions.
Trump has apparently posted a response to the committee’s referrals to DOJ. I say “apparently” because it is embedded in a video from something called Meidas Touch (a commentator I didn’t know about) and he says it was posted on Truth Social. I can’t confirm that. Here is the link, the Trump video starts at about 1:15. The printed comments around the video are from Meidas Touch.
I will say that he looks and sounds more deranged than ever. I didn’t watch the whole posted video, I just couldn’t stand it, but he does jump around from charge to charge and outright lies about pretty much everything. I assume this is targeted at “the base” but I don’t know what good that will do him.
Queen Victoria said of Prime Minister Gladstone “He speaks to me as if he were addressing a public meeting.” Having seen this Trump video I know what she means.
