I’m looking for a website for a bookstore in Japan that’s in English (Or at least gives an option for Engrish). More specifically, I’m looking for Japanese sheet music (for american bands as they tend to get more into the band score transcriptions for pop music than the american versions do.)

Well, there’s always Amazon Japan (www.amazon.co.jp). Along the blue bar near the top there’s a button marked “In English”. Even so, a lot of the site is still in Japanese.
There’s also Kinokuniya, but I don’t know what kind of sheet music selection they have, or if they ship overseas.

Well, www.amazon.co.jp has an English option, but all the info for Japanese books is in Japanese. I tried a search for band scores and got plenty of hits, but if you can’t read Japanese, you’ll have a hard time figuring what is what.
Kinokuniya has stores on NYC and Seattle, and they ship; I’ve ordered stuff from the Manhattan store, and visited the Seattle one.
