I guess that Jay Leno is set to leave the Tonight Show sometime in May 2009.
If Conan O’Brien takes his place, will the format or style of the show change?
What about Kevin Eubanks and the Tonight Show band? Will they remain with the Tonight Show or will Conan O’Brien start with a new band?
Probably, it’ll look like some sort of cross between the current Tonight Show and the current Late Night With Conan O’Brien.
Jay didn’t inherit Johnny’s band, and Conan won’t inherit Jay’s.
