Coltrane vs Davis
I am leaning towards Clotrane at the moment, mostly because of ‘A Love Supreme’
Oh, and is Elvin Jones the best jazz drummer ever, or what?

Gilles Peterson definately falls under the category of Acid Jazz, considering he coined the term, but jazz nonetheless.

Now, do these dj’s create their own music, or do they mix together what is already created and call it their own? Serious question. now I am not one to say that ‘spinning’ and ‘mixing’ or whatever you want to call it isn’t ‘real’ music, but I like my music to be created with things like drums and horns and guitars and keyboards and the such. i am really curious, but if I come off rude, sorry, not my intent.
