The cause is noble. Where are the nearest locations that the two daughters of G.W. Bush, who are students at UTexas/Austin can enlist?
Or will they emulate their father in the Vietnam War and get a pass into the National Guard?

Well, I doubt if they go over to Russia and burn the US flag like someone else we know.
Who are you talking about, Hermann? Who did that? The only person I know of who burned a flag was Jane Fonda, and that wasn’t in Russia, was it?
I thought this was gonna be a poll…anyhoo, Jenna. She seems like the party girl…
I think he’s referring to Bill Clinton. I remember hearing that rumor during his first election campaign. (I don’t know the veracity of it.)
Hermann can cook up the lies about the opposition but only Al Gore served in Vietnam.
It just moves me to tears to think that while Eugene Pulliam, Dan Quail’s grandfather, could write full page editorials in the Indianapolis Star supporting the Vietnam War and attacking those against it, Danny could find a spot for himself in the Indiana National Guard. I was so proud to get draft #125 so that we could avail him that freedom. It almost moves me to tears.
If George W. Bush had twin sons, could you imagine the fuss if they were not in the military now?
As far as burning a flag in Russia, I doubt if the Soviet Union would allow such an outburst even at the height of the cold war.
Nitpick: Barbara Bush goes to Yale. Only Jenna goes to the University of Texas.
