I don’t think she is a great actress by any stretch but I was bored and saw her in the Suburbans today and yes I can understand the love.
Plus the local liquor store owner seems to like me at least enough to flirt a little bit. And it was bothering me that she looked somewhat familiar to me. And yes, the light bulb went off in my head. Jennifer Love Hewitt!
I am going to mention this to her the next time I drop by for supplies. I know she is way out of my league but it is fun to have a fantasy or two.
She is better than Liv Tyler, but she is not particularly good. She is very cute and as you pointed out buxomly without being a terrible actress. That should keep her employed for an extended period.
Then she will do lifetime movies when the cuteness wears off.

Her boobs aren’t all that big – they just appear so because she has such a narrow frame.
JLH is also (marginally) better than Jessica Alba, who still manages to get high-profile movie roles despite having no discernible acting talent at all.
Good point, but I think Alba has a higher hotness factor even if the frontage is smaller. She is again however, above the Liv Tyler level.
I generally use the lowest end of my private scale for Liv Tyler for actresses and David Caruso for actors. If you somehow fall below either of these, you cannot possibly be mistaken for an actor, but simply a rank amateur or perhaps a performance artist.
So this means that you would throw Liv Tyler out of your bed? 
If or when this happens can you let me know? I will gladly pay for her plane ticket to my place.

- My whole point is that she only gets jobs as she is devastatingly beautiful. If she was average looking, she would not be considered an “Actress”.
This was not about how good looking the actress are, but how well they have actually shown they can act.
All three mentioned are incredibly good looking.
I’m not going to make the case for Tyler as a particularly good actress (I think The Hulk’s the most recent example), but she still has shown that she has significantly more range, and a real ability to demonstrate much more screen presence and sensitivity (Inventing the Abbotts, Lonesome Jim) than Alba has ever shown in anything. I can’t imagine Altman ever wanting to work with Alba, but he cast Tyler twice!
Alba’s still the nadir of hot-talentless.

You could be right. To be completely honest, there is usually at least one scene per movie that Alba is in that makes the objective portion of my brain shut down.
I can’t cite a single scene where her acting was any good. As good looking as Liv & Jennifer Love are, they don’t seem to do that to be as often.
Man, she gained a little weight for a while and you’re mocking her? That is hardly fat and I bet she can work it off as a full time actress in a month tops.
