Jeopardy Tournament: What Happened? {maybe some spoilers}

I didn’t hate the format as much as a lot of people seem too, but I wouldn’t be sad if they never did it again

$1.5 million is easy.

Not for the Bean Counters

The cluttered megacolor facing on the three contestants’ platform looked like a third-world ice cream truck.

What amazes me is that public opinion is split about 50-50 whether or not Austin is a jerk. I would have thought it would be unanimous.

When they announced they were having a “team tournament,” I assumed it would be follow the ***Quiz Bowl *** format; i.e. teams facing off against each other in groups of three or four. The competition would have gone much faster and been a lot more tense.

How much would it have cost them to build a tiered set and do it that way? Not much, I’m sure.

I enjoyed the tournament, but wouldn’t want to watch the show in that kind of format all the time. The “strategy sessions” were a joke, with the captains pretty much giving orders and the others saying, “Yeah, sure, sounds great.” Just once I would’ve liked a captain to ask, “OK, who wants to do what?”

OMFG, I almost screamed when he bet it all. I thought his team was like 4:1 ahead of the others. Quite possibly the all-time dumbest game-show decision I’ve ever seen.

I just noticed that he did it once. Still not good. Should’ve dinged him - rules are rules.

Yeah, that was pretty ugly.
