That ranks right up there with Theisman’s broken leg. It hurts to just watch it.
I felt pain when when I saw both. Sympathy pains I guess.
I think the internet hs spoiled me.
I saw it, and hell yes it looked like it hurt. But, five years of receiving video clips of broken bones, hyperextended joints and general other nasty MPEGs that always seem to wind up in my inbox has left me a little bit jaded.
In my head, I know it must’ve hurt like a mofo. But my reaction? “Eh, I’ve seen worse.”
I watched it live and in person, from reasonably good seats. Yes, it looked like it hurt, even at full speed.
What was really strange is that not a few people booed when he was carried off the field.
