The use of biblical quotes to justify this is just amazing. Specifically, the story of Joseph/Mary and the birth of Jesus is just bizarre, but it is also problematic. Isn’t the whole immaculate conception myth based on Joseph NOT getting it on with Mary?

Have to be 16 - that’s the age of consent in Alabama. And I’ve seen plenty of 14 year old (or even 12 year old) girls who could pass for 16, especially since a lot of 16 year olds look like they could be younger. What’s a man supposed to do? At that age, they may not even have ID yet.

Well if you lack the judgment, due to mental capacity or age, to make a decision fraught with as many consequences as sexual activity, you aren’t capable of consent. I’m pretty sure that’s the logic behind age of consent laws. Wanting to do something, particularly if you’re a child, doesn’t mean you can consent to doing it.
The 14 year old in question did not consent (and probably could not consent due to the extreme power differential) to the encounters described.
They may have strong sexual urges, but as a society we’ve accepted that there are multiple circumstances where consent cannot be considered valid even if it is offered. Situations like.
A person is underage (under the 16-18 year old cutoff)
A person is legally confined by the other party (a prison inmate cannot consent to sex with a corrections officer. An arrestee cannot consent to sex with a police officer).
The person is incapacitated for various reasons (asleep, severely intoxicated, mentally disabled, etc).
The third one is tricky. I’ve had women have sex with me while I was drunk and asleep, but it was women I was already sleeping with. I don’t consider that rape. The third one is more about sex with a total stranger vs an established relationship. Had a total stranger blown me while I was asleep I’d be pissed off. Having a woman I was already sleeping with do it was fine.
The third one is tricky and comes down to individual preferences and established relationships, but the first two are straightforward.
