Seriously, each and every person who’s made public statements defending the use of 14-year-olds for the sexual gratification of 32-year-olds needs to be held accountable.
And Moore-defender Jim Zeigler, who seemed to be greatly enjoying the idea of Old Joseph getting it on with Teen Mary, needs to be metaphorically hit on the head with a nice big Bible–since he obviously is completely unacquainted with that particular book.

Yep. People who defend non-consensual sex is bad enough; defending child rape is just fucked up beyond belief. I believe in the freedom of speech but I also believe that people need to be held accountable for having fucked up ideas. We’re not talking about someone who hit on someone thinking it was a college student and later realized ‘Oh crap, you’re 17.’ Enough of that nonsense.
I’m not normally one to jump on the “fire his ass,” bandwagon, but I think if you publicly defend raping children, it’s time to go.
I’m thinking there is a good chance he walks this one back. He “finds” out some more “facts” and “realizes” the situation is different that he was speaking to yesterday. He assumed they were going with plan A; knee-jerk denials and any defense of any repub facing suspicion. As he realizes he no one followed his charge into the Battle of the Pedo, I think even he will submit to some sense of self-preservation.
Nah. He’ll simply not talk about it. Won’t even deny he said it, much less walk it back. He’ll just talk about the uranium pizza scandal.
