I saw him and Helen Cornelius a lot on the various 1970’s country music shows. Porter Wagoner show, Wilburn Brothers and so on. I never had any of his or her albums. But the music I heard them do on those shows was always pretty good.
I see Helen is still alive. RIP Jim Ed Brown

Back when I was in country music radio, we had the Brown’s “Three Bells” in our regular oldies rotation. I learned to like that song a lot.
