Has anyone been to a concert at the Pond? I had tickets to see Jimmy at Irvine Meadows back in Sept., then he cancelled because his mom was ill. Tickets for the Pond concert go on sale Tuesday at 10 AM - but even if I call at 10:00:01, the best seats available will most likely be up in the rafters. Now, I love me some Jimmy, but I have always seen him in outdoor arenas, which are smaller and much more intimate. Hollywood Bowl, Glen Helen Blockbuster, up north at Shoreline near SF, those places are great. Even the lawn seating works for me.
I just don’t want to be 500 yards away from the stage. Does anyone know how the seating is arranged for a Pond concert?
