I am huge fan of John Lennon and the Beatles. I was recentlydoing some research on pseudoscience and I found this fundamentalist Christianpreacher who wrote this article in an obscure newsletter in 1981 after JohnLennon died calling The Beatles “sub-human demonistic creatures"because John Lennon was not a Christian. I personally am agnostic, and Irealized that this was just a hateful intolerant statement, but for some reasonevery time I want to listen to the Beatles now I can’t help but think of thatinsult; I feel as though I can’t disprove that the Beatles were"demons” the same way I can’t disprove leprechauns exist or don’texist - even though I know both statements to be absurd. Please, I just want tolisten to my heroes without having these horrible thoughts in my head. What canI do?
