Well, if it’s a straight up bet that on 9 June 2006 Pervez is still President, I’m all in. This is more of a sure thing than betting my Pugs will eat table scraps. Hell, retirement may be closer than I think!

Yep. I wonder if he’s still taking that bet…
I wouldn’t bet that the GOP doesn’t lose some net seats but I would bet that they don’t lose control of the House. And I’d lean towards betting they wouldn’t lose control of the Senate but I wouldn’t be certain enough of that to put my money down.
