They’ll probably have to change Vision’s origin if they include him in the movies. IIRC there are supposed to be some rights issues with the original torch. Of course if that’s the case they could always just skip the powers and make the android become the Vision. Personally I’d love to see The Torch, Toro, and Namor be introduced in an Invaders movie, but I have doubts that’ll ever happen.
