Judicial nominations per president?

I have heard that Clinton had a harder time getting confirmations than Bush is having, but I can’t find any numbers that show that. So, what I am looking for is something that shows the total number of nominees for the various federal courts for each president, the number of confirmations, rejections, and returns. Also, a reason of why the nominee was returned would be great too (ie how many were blocked or filibustered as opposed to the number that were returned do to time limits.)

The reason Clinton had more trouble, was that the pubbies would not let the nominations out of commitee.

They wouldn’t even let them get out for a vote.

But are there any numbers that show that?

Am I correct in inferring that you condemn such behavior?

Of course.

They should have let them out and used the filibuster just like God intended!

The whole point is that both parties blocked nominanations. But if you ask the pubbies…they didn’t do any such thing.
