Juis Opas?

Has anyone come across this phrase, or know what it means?

We just ripped down a sticker containing this phrase because it was in company with “Australian Fascist Action - National Socialist Network “

But it was a little older-looking, so I may be doing someone an injustice

The first hit I got on google was some photos of Melbourne graffiti, except it was painted as opas juis, google translate can’t decide if its Afrikaans and means “just grandfather” or “grandfather right” depending on word order or if its finnish for guide or maybe its greek. I’m wondering if its just something someone started because it looks or sounds neat or something like that, without any well defined real meaning

Some sort of neo-Nazi group would certainly like an idea like “grandfather rights”. IOW, only 3rd generation (White) people are legitimate citizens and everyone else can leave or be eliminated.

Back in the days when voter suppression in the US could legally include “literacy tests” like “explain the Louisiana Constitution”, a prospective (white) voter could skip the test if he could show that his grandfather voted. It’s where we get the phrases “grandfather clause” and “grandfathered in.” Perhaps that factors into the concept of Juis Opas.
