Do to some sort of glitch when the board was updated, I found myself with only 992 posts when I signed on today. So, I posted merrily in ATMB and GQ and here it is: My (sorta) 1000th post. Perhaps compensation from the gods for allowing me to miss the original turnover at 1000? Who cares, let’s have a 1000th post pary.

I noticed something was wrong when my profile had an old sig line. Since I’ve changed it several times lately I could estimate how far back it went (about a week). When others complained about losing their posts I checked and my count was at 925. I had no idea I was over 900. I wonder what it was before I lost some.
