Why I attribute evil motivation to Jeb:
At the point in time when this fucking action was taken, the court battles had already gone all the way and the husband had prevaled, and the process had been started, her feeding tube had been taken out (cite. ). This action was obvioulsy going to be declared unconstitutional - if he didn’t know it personally, certainly a reasonably prudent man in his position would have checked w/his attorney general, or other advisors (proof there was some consulation w/legal authorities. There is no credible reason to believe that the ‘law’ wouldn’t be overturned.
