Keep telling myself…the company is not here to look out for me…They have no loyalty to me…
They don’t. No matter how many times they say “we value our employees” what they are really saying is “we value our employees up until the moment that we decide that we would be better off financially if those employees were not here”
Then they would RIF you ass in a second.
